(Day 2, cycle 1 of diet)
Weight this morning 222 lbs. That’s 8 pounds down, 3 since Tuesday.
Going to 24 hour fitness with the cuzo tonight, going to hella bust it. I’m sore today but its a great feeling! Lol.
I added green chiles to my egg this morning and didn’t have the bread. My lunch was awful, I couldn’t do the cottage cheese so I had more tuna. Dinner was delicious though. Those hot dogs were awesome.lol. work out was super rough, my shoulders are killing me, not just the muscles but the joints. I only worked out for probably 20 mins, but I pushed it. Hopefully a good nights rest will renew me for tomorrow.
